Stress Workshop
"Stress" is a term used to describe a condition that results from a
person's response to physical, chemical, emotional, or environmental
factors. Stress can refer to physical effort as well as mental tension.
There is good stress (a wedding, a job promotion, the birth of a child)
and bad stress (a death in the family, divorce, an argument) both types
of stress effect the body. It's almost impossible to define a high level
of emotional or psychological stress. All people feel stress, but in
different amounts, and react in different ways.
